2.What is the policy for resolving issues that may occur in custom samples?
(1) lf you want to customize your logo, the sample production time is about 7-10days and then ship out.

(2) lf your customized samples contain logo process. We will charge some opening edition fee. But when you want       to continue to place bulk orders with us, we will refund the opening edition fee to your bulk orders.

(3) When you receive our samples and find that your products do not meet your needs, you can contact our sales.          ln order to show our sincerity of cooperation, we will give you some discount or some newly developed samples        when you place your next order.

 

3.What is the production cycle about our products?
   Below 500 pieces:7days;500-10000pieces:15-20 days; above 10000 pieces: negotiation.
