A:  Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities of your trial orders.

Q: Can I get a sample? 
A: We usually provide existing samples free of charge. But custom designs require a small sample fee. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee is refundable.

Q: How long is the sample delivery time?   
A: For existing samples, 1-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 7-14 days, depending on whether your design requires a new printed screen etc.  

Q: How long is the production lead time? 
A: The MOQ takes 45-60 days.

Q:  If I want my own design, what format do you need for the file?
A: We have our own team of designers. So, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc.
